Not all who fill out NCAA Tournament brackets are college basketball junkies. In fact, year in and year out, casual fans that tend to not watch much college basketball prior to the Tournament are the ones that win their office pools. Jack brought on a non-college basketball fan to have on the show, and have them fill out their bracket on-air. Today he is joined by his cousin, Mia Jeffery for that very purpose. Mia, who has watched a total of seven minutes of college basketball this season, takes us through her bracket and explains how she arrives at the decisions she's come to. Last year, Mia's sister Zoe joined us for March Madness for Dummies, and somehow picked the NCAA Tournament champion, the Baylor Bears! She picked Baylor because she thought the name "Baylor Bears" was cute. How will Mia fare?

Jack is back with 9-year NFL tight end (and former Bachelorette contestant) Clay Harbor for a special emergency podcast in the wake of Tuesday's super-trade that sent quarterback Russell Wilson from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos for two first round picks, two second round picks, and three starters, including budding star Noah Fant. Clay joins Jack to break down the trade from both sides. Who won the trade? Is it a win for both parties? Much to Clay's chagrin, Aaron Rodgers is staying put in Green Bay and plans on owning Clay's Bears for the foreseeable future. Carson Wentz has been traded from Indianapolis to the Washington Commanders. Jack and Clay provide an update on the ongoing MLB labor dispute, and Clay offers his perspective as a former NFL player that had to sit through the 2011 NFL lockout.
